  • Workday Foundation Tenant delivered
  • Delivered conversion, integration, security, and reporting strategies
  • 1,400 reports dispositioned
  • 1,024 ancillary systems inventoried
    • 603 systems identified for further analysis

Data Conversion

The Data Conversion Team completed data-mapping sessions that resulted in the delivery of UW’s first Workday environment (the Foundation Tenant build). This environment is used by ATP’s system implementation (SI) partner, Huron, and the internal ATP team to get a first glimpse at how finance, human resources, and some research administration data will be translated, transformed, and converted into Workday.

Integrations

The Integrations Team completed a preliminary review of integration touchpoints between Workday and ancillary software systems. The team has begun discussions with campuses across the UW System to validate the ancillary software system inventory.

Security

The Security Team onboarded new staff members and delivered a strategy that will drive the future design of Workday security. In the coming weeks, the team will focus on Workday training, granting access to the Foundation Tenant, and preparing to provide support and analysis during upcoming Future State Process Design (FSPD) and Architect Design Sessions.

Data, Reporting, and Analytics

The Data, Reporting, and Analytics Team completed the disposition of finance and supply chain management, research, and HR report inventory items.

The team is working to complete the statement of work related to the implementation of Workday Prism Analytics software.
