Beginning mid-August, invited staff from the Universities of Wisconsin plus UWSA will take part in User Experience Testing (UXT). Sessions will be held regionally, and Madison, Milwaukee, River Falls, Stevens Point, and Whitewater will serve as host campuses.
In this first round of UXT, attendees will focus is on the employee and manager self-service features in Workday. The interactive sessions will be facilitated by ATP functional team members. Participants will test scenarios in Workday, offer feedback, and ask questions. Topics may include:
- Workday overview and navigation
- My Tasks and notifications
- Time entry and approval
- Workday Learning
ATP will host similar sessions in September and October for staff to test scenarios for human resources and finance/research administration. These events are crucial to a successful go-live. ATP will complete testing and refinement before training begins in March 2025.
Workday will go live across the Universities of Wisconsin in July 2025.
