While you get up to speed on the Workday implementation, take some time to get to know the Administrative Transformation Program all-star team members who make our work possible. To wrap up 2023, we’re sitting down for a Q&A with ATP’s Sponsored Billing and Receivables Design Team Lead.

What’s your hometown?
I grew up in Kenosha, WI, and currently live in Middleton, WI.

How long have you worked in the UW System, where, and in what roles?
I’ve been with UW-Madison since 2009. I worked in the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (RSP) as a post award accountant, business analyst, and manager before coming to ATP in April 2022.

What’s your role and team on ATP?
I’m the Sponsored Billing and Receivables Design Team Lead on the Research Administration Strategy Team.

Why did you want to work for ATP?
I want to use the experience I acquired in my various roles at RSP to help design the future!

What’s a fun fact about you?
I take my cat, Rex, for walks on a harness and leash. He sometimes climbs a few trees along the way! I also foster kittens for Underdog Pet Rescue as a distraction from being a recent empty nester.
